Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in processing. Please email support@auradris.com as soon as possible.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@auradris.com with your name and the email used at checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Delivery to the USA typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is usually 2–4 weeks.
Why does shipping take longer than Amazon?
To offer you premium products at competitive prices, we work with trusted international fulfillment partners. This keeps prices low and allows us to offer free shipping on most orders. Your item is worth the wait!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking to become active. Use our Track Order page at the top of the website anytime.
Is shipping free?
Yes! FREE shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
Will multiple items arrive together?
Not necessarily. Multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each. No extra charge for split shipments.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong — you do NOT need to return it. Just send us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
My item arrived broken. What do I do?
Email support@auradris.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo/video of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear in 3–5 days. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
