Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Why Does Shipping Take This Long?
To bring you the best products at competitive prices, we work with trusted global fulfillment partners. Your order is carefully packed and shipped directly to your address. While this means slightly longer delivery times, it allows us to offer premium products at fair prices with free shipping on most orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information. You can track your order anytime using our Track Order page.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no extra charge for split shipments.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@auradris.com. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
