Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to contact us about a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to process return requests.
⚠️ Important: Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, customers are generally not required to ship items back for defective, damaged, or wrong item claims. See the specific cases below.
Case 1 — Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If you received an item that is broken, not working as described, or different from what you ordered — please email us at support@auradris.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do NOT need to return the item.
Case 2 — Item Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your order date, contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund immediately.
Case 3 — Change of Mind
If you simply no longer want the item, we can accept a return if:
- Request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Customer covers return shipping costs
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
How to Request a Refund — 3 Easy Steps
Email us at support@auradris.com with your order number, the issue, and a photo if applicable.
We review your request within 24–48 hours. For defective/wrong items, no return shipment is needed.
Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
